15 February 2007 BA lowers cost of air travel to Middle East destinations
British Airways (BA) has revealed it is to cut prices for air travel to destinations across the Middle East.
The new pricing structure from the flight operator represents its lowest-priced air travel for five years, according to reports.
Customers wishing to take advantage of the offer now have until February 23rd to book their flights.
BA operates a total of 24 flights between Heathrow and the United Arab Emirates each week.
Paul Starrs, commercial manager for the Middle East at BA, said: "Customers can access our global network of 140 destinations across over 70 countries - we put the world at the Middle East's doorstep."
"We are looking forward to welcoming new and existing customers on board," he added.
Meanwhile, BA is offering a further 15 per cent discount off car hire for customers who purchase their tickets online.
Travellers with their own vehicles may be able to obtain up to 60 per cent discount by prebooking their airport parking with BA.
