15 January 2008  Canada sees snowfall
Those taking ski holidays in Canada will be benefiting from another shower of snow, it has been reported.

FrontierSki claims that several ski resorts in the country are reporting "several" metres of snow.

The ski holiday provider also notes that it looks likely to be "another awesome season in Canada".

Eastern ski resorts in Canada have received between 14 and 27 centimetres of snow over the last seven days, FrontierSki reports, while the resorts of Sun Peaks and Panorama currently have respective base depths of 43 centimetres and 106 centimetres.

Meanwhile, new snow has fallen in Banff, Lake Louise and Jasper in the last few days.

The International Tourism Trade Fairs Association (ITTFA) recently reported that Canada is one of the top destinations for Brits taking ski holidays, Travel Mole reports.
