15 January 2007 Couples offered chance of 'escape'
British couples planning trips abroad for Valentine's Day are being offered the opportunity to head to the Seychelles for a romantic break.
With a direct flight from London to the islands, partners can be in the Seychelles overnight, with a package holiday from tour operator To Escape To, Easier reports.
"Romantic couples will be staying at the newly renovated Coco de Mer hotel on Praslin, the second largest and most beautiful of the Seychelles islands," the company states.
It adds that the hotel is hidden away with private terraces, while couples can enjoy beaches and hammocks on the islands.
Also included in the package is a Valentine's dinner, a welcome cocktail, guided nature walk and car hire to allow visitors take in a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a number of other features of the islands.
American Express has previously reported that the Seychelles was among the top five honeymoon destinations for Britons in 2002.
