"France remains a popular choice with Eurocamp customers as it is easily accessible from the UK and remains a camping legacy in terms of being the original camping destination for Brits," Ms Start commented.
Vendee is situated on France's Atlantic coast, south of Brittany and Nantes and north of the traditional destination of La Rochelle.
It is an accessible holiday destination as it is located within two to five hours of several western ferry ports.
