04 March 2008 Travellers 'miss their loved ones'
Business travellers miss their loved ones when they are long distances away from home, it has been reported.
Crowne Plaza reveals that three-quarters of business travellers tell their partner that they love them more often when away from home.
Meanwhile, 60 per cent of business travellers surveyed claim to call them more the further they are away from their loved one.
"This is really refreshing news for business travellers who have to spend time away from home and their families due to work commitments," Chris Hale, spokesperson for Crowne Plaza, noted.
He added that the study also showed that women feel guiltier about travelling on business than men.
A recent study by the Times revealed that Virgin Airlines are one of the top-ten airlines for business travellers.
