We concentrate on two main products: Single Trip Travel Insurance and Annual Multi Trip Travel Insurance. Both of these are designed for the majority of travellers, to meet their needs and concerns when travelling or on holiday.
All of our travel insurance policies are arranged with Professional Travel Insurance Company Limited (PTI) with an undertaking that allows us to offer this insurance cover at low cost.
We have chosen highly respected, specialist companies to carry out certain aspects of the insurance cover, on behalf of the underwriter. The emergency medical assistance service is provided by a company called Specialty Assistance Services, (SAS). All insurance claims are handled by Claims Settlement Agencies, (CSA). Both of these companies have built up reputations for being highly customer focussed and efficient. Should you need to make a claim, or require emergency assistance, these companies have direct (and secure) access to our customer database so they can help.
