Travel Insurance Web was established to bring cheaper travel insurance to customers in the UK, without any compromise on quality. We keep our prices down at levels that are difficult to match anywhere on the web.
We have made it our business to offer cheap travel insurance available to UK residents, while also delivering the high levels of cover that travellers expect. We achieve this by watching our competition – on pricing and benefit levels – and keeping our own costs down by conducting business exclusively on the internet.
A key area that Travel Insurance Web has invested in is data security. We can reassure our customers, past and present, that our systems and web servers are all FULLY SECURE using high-level technology. So you can purchase from us safe in the knowledge that your personal data will not be compromised in any way.
We concentrate on two main products: Single Trip Travel Insurance and Annual Multi Trip Travel Insurance. Both of these are designed for the majority of travellers, to meet their needs and concerns when travelling or on holiday.
All of our travel insurance policies are arranged with Professional Travel Insurance Company Limited (PTI) with an undertaking that allows us to offer this insurance cover at low cost.
We have chosen highly respected, specialist companies to carry out certain aspects of the insurance cover, on behalf of the underwriter. The emergency medical assistance service is provided by a company called Mayday Assistance. All insurance claims are handled by Global Claims Services. Both of these companies have built up reputations for being highly customer focussed and efficient. Should you need to make a claim, or require emergency assistance, these companies have direct (and secure) access to our customer database so they can help.
Travel Insurance Web is part of the Collinson Group; an established and respected business in the travel market. We are a specialist insurance intermediary. Our products are only available on the internet and to UK residents (England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales) aged less than 64 years old.
